Report content · Notice & Takedown
Yunory is a neutral media player. We do not provide, host, sell or curate any audio/video content, channel lists or playlists. Every user connects their own playlist / streaming credentials. The actual streams are delivered live from the user's own provider and are never stored on our servers.
We nevertheless take the rights of third parties seriously and act on valid reports.
For rights holders
If you are a rights holder (or authorised representative) and believe that a specific user is using Yunory to access content that infringes your rights, please contact us:
To allow us to act quickly, your report should include:
- Identification of the protected work(s) concerned;
- A precise description of the infringing content / channel name(s);
- Proof / basis of your rights and your authority to act;
- Your contact details;
- A statement that the information is accurate.
What we do
- We review valid reports without undue delay.
- Where appropriate, we block the reported content/channel for the affected account and/or disable the affected playlist.
- We can suspend accounts that are used for repeated, manifest infringement.
Data & retention
We store only metadata that the user uploaded (channel/title names, the user's own playlist credentials) — never the films/streams themselves. When a user deletes a playlist, its data is removed. Data of long-inactive accounts is purged automatically.
